Pre- Natal/Post Natal/ Mums & Bubs




At Flow Nation, every class on our schedule is designed to be prenatal and postnatal friendly.
We understand that you choose your class time based on what fits your life—not the class type. That’s why we tailor each session to you. With a simple heads-up to your instructor, we’ll modify exercises to support your body safely and effectively through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum.
Our approach is highly individualized, with all instructors extensively trained in evidence-based prenatal and postnatal movement. You can feel confident knowing that you’re supported by knowledge, care, and experience every step of the way.
We also offer dedicated Mums & Bubs classes, designed for mothers with babies up to around 12 months (or at a stage where they’re content nearby). Due to our intimate studio space, we recommend bringing a capsule, bouncer, or small travel pram to keep your bub secure and comfortable.
